Synopsis

CLAP, el lugar de tus sueños is a Mexican youth musical telenovela produced by Roberto Gómez Fernández, in association with Giselle González Salgado, for Televisa and originally broadcast on Canal de las Estrellas from November 3, 2003, to March 12, 2004. It is an adaptation of the Spanish television series Un paso adelante (2002). The telenovela stars Ana Layevska, Ari Borovoy, Lidia Ávila, and Kika Edgar. The story follows Valentina, Montserrat, and Helena, three childhood friends who move to Mexico City to pursue their dream of becoming professional performers at the prestigious CLAP School of Arts. There, they face demanding training, fierce competition, romance, friendship, and personal challenges while striving to succeed in music, dance, and acting. At the same time, the school's founder, Ofelia, searches for the grandson she lost years earlier, unaware that his destiny is closely linked to the lives of her students.
